Job description: Houston & Surrounding Area Leads & Appointments Provided | No Cold Calling | Paid Training | Uncapped Commission Job Overview Baird Foundation Repair is looking for an engaging, people-focused Outside Sales Representative who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and helping homeowners find solutions to real problems. This is a field-based role where you'll meet face-to-face with homeowners throughout the Houston area. Appointments are pre-scheduled and provided, allowing you to focus on the homeowner, understand their concerns, and build trust throughout the process. You'll meet with homeowners to understand their concerns, evaluate what's happening with their home's foundation or concrete, and share your findings in a way that is clear and easy to understand. Every homeowner has different needs and priorities, so your ability to listen, build trust, and make people feel comfortable is key to helping them find the right solution. You'll have the independence to manage your day while being backed by the training, tools, and support of the Baird team. We're looking for someone who is personable, confident, takes ownership of their work, and takes pride in creating a great experience for homeowners. This position will report to our Houston Office. To be considered, please complete our Culture Index Assessment (7-10 minutes): What You'll Do: Meet homeowners at scheduled appointments in Houston and surrounding areas Build rapport quickly and lead engaging, professional conversations Inspect foundations, crawlspaces, and concrete surfaces Explain what you see and why it matters in a clear, confident way Present tailored solutions using our proven systems Use company tools to document inspections and proposals Move quickly from appointment to appointment with autonomy and support What We're Looking For: High-energy, people-oriented professional who enjoys meeting new people daily Comfortable leading conversations and influencing decisions face-to-face Self-motivated and enjoys independence in the field Able to adapt, think on your feet, and stay positive Comfortable using tablets, apps, and sales tools Passionate about helping homeowners solve real problem Valid driver's license No Prior Sales Experience Required - Full Training Provided Pay & Compensation: Weeks 1 4 (Training): $1,000 per week + commission Weeks 5 12: $500 per week + commission Transition to 100% commission after the 12week Introductory Period $100,000+ annual earning potential, top performers earn $200,000+ with uncapped commission Fuel stipend provided after the first 4 weeks Opportunity to earn a company vehicle based on performance Your income reflects your energy, effort, and connection with customers.
