Responsibilities Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close process Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and daily accounting operations Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries Perform cost accounting, job costing, profitability analysis, and commission calculations Manage multi‑state sales & use tax filings and 1099 reporting Partner with the CFO on financial reporting, internal controls, and process improvements Lead and mentor the accounting team while ensuring strong segregation of duties Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Experience in accounting or controllership with progressively increasing responsibility Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and month‑end close Construction or project‑based industry experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Salary range for this role is disclosed in the posting.
