Work Environment

This outpatient physical therapy role is primarily on-site, focusing on home care settings where you'll provide individualized treatment in patients' residences. Flexible scheduling is offered, allowing you to choose from various work hours including 8 AM to 4 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, or four 10-hour shifts. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess each patient's physical condition, functional abilities, and specific challenges.
• Develop tailored therapy plans in conjunction with the patient and their caregivers, focusing on their personal goals and rehabilitation needs.
• Administer physical therapy treatments, utilizing evidence-based techniques and appropriate tools such as therapeutic modalities, manual therapy, and exercise interventions.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective and optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and lifestyle adjustments to facilitate recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and communication within the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases and share insights to enhance patient care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from a range of musculoskeletal injuries and surgeries, including orthopedic conditions, neurological impairments, and general deconditioning. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required, with preference given to candidates who possess a Master's in Physical Therapy.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges between USD 85,000 and USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
