Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, including reviewing medical history and performing specific assessments to guide treatment recommendations.

• Communicate evaluation findings and proposed treatment plans to patients and their families, actively involving them in the goal-setting process to ensure alignment with patient aspirations.

• Design and implement personalized treatment protocols, demonstrating adeptness in adapting techniques based on evaluation results and the patient's ongoing progress within the changing healthcare landscape.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist is mandatory for practice in Florida.

• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.

• While prior work experience is preferred (with a minimum of 1 year in a PT setting), we are also willing to consider motivated new graduates who are eager to learn and grow within our team.

Preferred Experience

Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting as well as familiarity with electronic medical records systems and evidence-based treatment protocols are advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
