Sr. Director, FP&A - Licensed Games Location: Santa Monica, CA Work Schedule: Fully onsite in Burbank, 90404. Regular presence required on the Paramount lot in Hollywood, 90038. Travel: Possible one-week transition trip to New York at the beginning of the assignment. About The Role Paramount Games Studio brings together Paramount and Skydance gaming studios under one organization focused on building world class gaming experiences around iconic entertainment brands. This Sr. Director, FP&A role will own financial planning and analysis for the Licensed Games business, partnering directly with Business Development leadership and executive stakeholders. This is a highly visible finance leadership position responsible for forecasting, budgeting, monthly close, business modeling, performance reporting, and strategic financial support for the growing Licensed Games portfolio. Responsibilities Lead all FP&A activities supporting the Licensed Games business Own monthly close, reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting Partner with Accounting, Controllers, and Corporate Finance to ensure accurate financial reporting and accruals Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and five year long range plans Maintain Oracle planning structures including profit centers, cost centers, and project codes Create financial models to support business decisions and new gaming initiatives Build reporting and analytics that help business leaders make informed decisions Monitor revenue and expense performance against forecasts Support monthly business reviews with executive stakeholders Manage expense coding across marketing and production activities Support intercompany chargebacks between Paramount business units Assist with participations reporting and transactional finance inquiries Drive process improvements with a strong focus on AI enabled efficiencies Support finance integration initiatives across Paramount Games Studio Qualifications Required 10 to 15+ years of FP&A, finance, or accounting experience within media, entertainment, gaming, or a public accounting environment Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting Extensive experience leading budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting Strong business partnering experience with senior executives Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with Oracle planning environments Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Preferred MBA or CPA Experience with SAP and Longview Experience supporting gaming, entertainment, licensing, or media businesses Experience leveraging AI tools to improve finance processes Pay Rate $74.10 to $79.08/hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
