U.S. Renal Care in Downers Grove, IL seeks a Dietitian to join an interdisciplinary team providing nutrition care for patients with kidney disease. You will assess needs, design therapeutic diets, review labs, and educate on hydration, sodium, potassium, and CKD-MBD management in collaboration with physicians. You will work with the Medical Director, nurses, social workers, and care teams to maintain positive relationships with hospitals and facilities, participate in monthly conferences, and #J-18808-Ljbffr U.S. Renal Care
