As the primary liaison between Sales and Marketing, the Field Marketing Manager will need to understand go-to-market (G2M) and sales priorities, apply a “CMO of the region” mindset and build a regional field marketing plan to deliver on those priorities by generating awareness and demand through a variety of marketing channels and tactics.The Field Marketing Manager will drive the regional growth engine for enterprise customer experience solutions across the West by owning the end-to-end regional marketing strategy and its impact on pipeline and revenue in both new logos and customer accounts. This role connects sales priorities with integrated marketing execution, shaping how enterprise buyers discover, engage, and adopt Genesys solutions. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
