About The Role As an Occupational Therapist (OT) at Eyas Landing – Avondale, you will foster each child’s sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence through the following responsibilities: Providing individualized and group therapy Implementing client‑centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care Compensation & Benefits Competitive Total Compensation: $90,000‑107,000 which includes: $1,500 Sign‑on Bonus Competitive Salary: $72,000‑$85,000 Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision) + Life and Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowances Generous 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer contributions Schedule & Location Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑4:30 pm Location: 3319 N.
