About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Home Health. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the growth and strategic initiatives across various post-acute care service lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing census, admissions, referral volume, market share, revenue, and brand awareness. Key responsibilities include supporting the development and execution of enterprise growth strategies, driving measurable improvements in performance, and building executive-level relationships to strengthen referral pipelines. The role demands a highly experienced, results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the post-acute care continuum, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance dynamics. The Vice President will also lead change management efforts, ensure compliance with regulations, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the sales and business development teams. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales and Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 12 years' of progressive healthcare sales and business development experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in multi-site healthcare growth initiatives, strong financial acumen, and the ability to influence C-suite leaders and other stakeholders. Advanced skills in CRM platforms, market analytics, and performance management are essential.
