Vice President of Growth

Leading commercial growth initiatives, the full-time remote Vice President of Growth will manage enterprise sales across health plans and systems, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue while shaping go-to-market strategies. Key responsibilities Own and deliver annual sales targets for payers and health systems, focusing on pipeline development and conversion Build trusted relationships with C-suite leaders and lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the U.S. private-sector go-to-market strategy Required qualifications 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare, specifically with payers and health systems Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex enterprise partnerships Deep understanding of the U.S. payer and health system landscape, including healthcare economics and contracting Strong relationship-building skills with C-suite executives and experience managing long sales cycles Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
