Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses. Responsibilities Manage customer claim inquiries and support daily claim activities. Coordinate claim team communication to maintain efficient workflows. Assist with claim updates. Track and report progress to the agent. Support community engagement and customer outreach initiatives.
