Sr. IT Project Manager

Job Duties Manage end-to-end delivery of the technology projects/program and ensure that projects are delivered within well-defined schedule and budget. Drive projects through all SDLC phases, from initial definition and estimation to production delivery and support. Facilitate estimation & planning practices for project development using waterfall delivery lifecycle, prepare and maintain overall program delivery roadmap. Drive capacity planning activities as part of the multi-year planning cycle, at relevant portfolio planning intervals and as part of on-going portfolio management cadence. Build and maintain project plan, including approach, scope, tasks, durations, work efforts, dependencies, and budget planning assumptions, risk profile, resource allocation and deliverable definition. To manage the distributed system teams deployed across different geographical locations for application development using multi-stack technologies. Collaborate and communicate with other project managers to coordinate cross-project initiatives and activities. To facilitate project level decisions, manage and track leads and day-to-day activities to enable seamless execution. Maintain and manage program level risks, issues and dependencies tracker, keeping track and control on all external and internal dependencies, interdependencies across different project workstreams within the program. Run the change control board to manage and control the scope across all project workstreams. To manage the impact assessment and approvals across all levels for the change requests. Manage capacity planning, staffing and budget for different vendors across the program. To track, measure and report vendor performance on the program. Job Requirements Require Bachelor's Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Require two years of experience in job offered, Project Manager, Application Support Manager, Software Consultant or related, using Jboss, .Net, PEGA, Informatica, MDM, Tableau, SSRS, Splunk, AppDynamics. Require travel/relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
