IT Project Manager

Xoriant Corporation in Edison, NJ is seeking applications for the following position: Job Title IT Project Manager Location Xoriant Corporation, Suite #720, 343 Thornall Street, Edison, NJ 08837 Job Duties Facilitate end‑to‑end delivery of software application/service through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle. Manage schedules, assign and monitor tasks, deadlines and milestones for projects. Monitor, record and appropriately escape any risks, issues and assumptions on the project. Deliver infrastructure upgrade and solution. Provide project‑management support for baseline configuration design and implementation across multiple test environments. Confirm test environments are certified and validated from performance, capacity, multi‑site resilience, fail‑over and recovery perspectives. Develop strategy to clean and maintain production data prior to data migration. Develop data and technical governance framework and data quality metrics. Manage budgets for projects. Facilitate technical, financial and administrative closure of projects, guiding and coaching team members. Manage risks, issues, conflicts, deviations and obtain exemption approvals from senior leadership. Lead meetings and work with key stakeholders to achieve approvals of architects, test managers and business sponsors. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Finance, MIS or related field. Five (5) years of experience as a financial research analyst, project lead, assistant vice‑president, software consultant or related role using SQL database, MAAR Chart, Microsoft Access. Willingness to travel/relocate to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
