About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Operations and Transformation to spearhead enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance and driving profitable growth. This critical leadership role is at the forefront of the company's expansion, with a focus on operational strategy, workforce optimization, continuous improvement, and financial performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and evolving frameworks to evaluate operational performance, leading the development of labor and workforce models, and partnering with various functional leaders to identify and execute opportunities for improvement. Key responsibilities include leading high-impact initiatives, building a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the adoption of best practices across the organization. Applicants for the Vice President position must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in operations strategy, workforce analytics, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. The role requires a leader with a strong analytical and financial background, capable of translating complex data into actionable business recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for those holding an MBA or advanced degree, and experience in a labor-intensive, multi-location operating environment.
