We are seeking applicants who are native Korean speakers with proficiency in English. Our team is comprised of very talented individuals, who are passionate about AI/ML and ensuring client services are at their best.

As part of the Data Quality Operations team, you'll play a central role in enhancing the user experience. We work in a fast paced, dynamic, technology focused environment.

Essential functions

As a Data Quality Operations Analyst, you'll monitor quality of annotated data, provide input on evaluation data produced by the team and provide analysis of the projects you support. You'll use your language and cultural knowledge, along with analytical skills, to evaluate responses against guidelines. Your flexibility and the ability to prioritize tasks is essential. We focus on the user experience, thinking creatively on how customers use Media products and use this knowledge for improvements.

We are seeking applicants with fluency in Korean

Key Qualifications

Fluency in the preferred language with excellent comprehension, grammar and proofreading skills

Excellent English reading comprehension and writing skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Understanding of the regions and cultural variations where the preferred language is spoken

Ability to independently navigate systems and tools

Demonstrates integrity and focuses on customer privacy

Experience in content review or a similar environment, prior testing experience preferred

Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to changing work-flows and responsibilities

Excels at working independently to make timely decisions and take appropriate actions

Ability to identify business process solutions that increase efficiencies

Ability to maintain focus and aim for high results through large volumes of tasks

Expertise in analyzing large data sets, problem-solving and generating insights that improve user experience for Apple media products.

Experience with data-querying (SQL, etc.), and familiarity with a scripting language for data processing and development (e.g., Python).

Experience working with Tableau or other data visualization technologies and the ability to design striking and informative dashboards and reports.

Strong verbal and written communication and presentations skills to naturally explain difficult technical topics for business partners and leaders to comprehend easily.
