Data Quality Analyst

Data Quality Analyst
The Data Quality Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring that data users have the best possible data to use in shaping policies that affect the health and lives of all. The Data Quality Analyst is a member of the Data Management Team, reporting to the Director, Data and Quality. The primary functions of this role include:
- Develop and implement data quality control and processes
- Identify data inconsistencies, errors, and outliers using business rules, statistical modelling, and AI/Client
- Create and monitor data quality metrics and report metrics to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Data Owners, Data Stewards, and business units to identify and address data quality issues
- Design, document, and implement data pre-processing, normalization, and data cleaning processes
Skills:
- SQL (Big Query preferred) - Required - 5 Years
- R / Python (only one required) - Required - 2 Years
- Technical Documentation - Required - 5 Years
- Requirements Gathering - Required - 2 Years
- Google Cloud Functions, Triggers, and Scheduling - Required - 2 Years
- Terraform - Highly desired - 2 Years
