Description Toyota of Tacoma is hiring an Express Service Advisor to join our service team. What Success Looks Like Successful Express Service Advisors provide excellent customer service, communicate clearly, stay organized, and help create a positive service experience for customers. In this role, success comes from building trust with customers, maintaining accurate documentation, working effectively with technicians and team members, and helping ensure service appointments move efficiently through the department.
