Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. You will guide clients in overcoming their hurdles, facilitating personal improvement and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and valid state license, including but not limited to Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing a safe environment for clients to express their concerns and feelings.

• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude to foster strong therapeutic alliances.

• Possess strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively handle caseloads and manage administrative responsibilities.
