Qualifications Leadership Experience (2+ Years) Managed a team in retail, hospitality, beauty, or a service‑oriented field, guiding at least 5 direct reports to outstanding results. Track Record of Over‑Delivering Consistently beat sales quotas or build high‑performing teams, relentlessly focused on achieving and exceeding goals.
