Salon Manager – Lead, Inspire & Grow with Great Clips
Great Clips is seeking an experienced Salon Manager who leads with confidence, professionalism, and a positive, people-first approach. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to partner closely with engaged owners and leadership teams who are committed to supporting your growth and success. Earn $20–$35+ per hour (hourly + tips + bonuses)

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of stylists
• Create a positive, upbeat salon environment clients love
• Stay active behind the chair while managing daily operations
• Drive salon performance, goals, and team success
• Support hiring, training, and team development
