Luna Grill, a fast casual/QSR concept, is looking for a passionate, detail-driven Kitchen Manager to lead our BOH team and bring our fresh, made-to-order Mediterranean flavors to life in our newest location.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage all kitchen operations and BOH staff
• Ensure consistent food quality, portioning, and presentation
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
• Train and develop kitchen team members
• Enforce food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Partner with the GM/AGM to keep FOH and BOH in sync

What We're Looking For

• 1-2+ years of kitchen management experience, high-volume or fast-casual required
• Strong food safety and sanitation knowledge (ServSafe a plus)
• Proven ability to lead and train a kitchen team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
