We’re looking for Account Coordinators who are early in their careers, ready to level up, and excited to work in a collaborative, high-energy environment. Why This Role Is Perfect for You This role is ideal if you’re: Looking to move beyond basic customer service into real account ownership Highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities Motivated by growth, learning, and being part of something visible and exciting You’ll work closely with Account Executives, interact directly with clients, and gain hands‑on experience in marketing operations, production, and client strategy. What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day Joining client calls and capturing key notes and action items Supporting Account Executives with active client accounts Managing orders from quote to delivery (timelines, approvals, tracking) Creating job tickets, updating trackers, and collecting sample photos Placing and tracking orders in internal systems Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in Salesforce and NetSuite Coordinating with internal teams such as Operations, Accounting and Marketing Preparing billing documentation and supporting monthly close-outs Participating in brainstorming sessions, client support, and team projects Helping ensure clients feel informed, confident, and excited to work with us What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in customer service, account support, or B2B roles preferred Strong communication skills (email, phone, and internal collaboration) Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Salesforce or NetSuite is a plus Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred A proactive mindset—you identify problems and help solve them What You Get at PIMS Competitive salary + incentive/commission Clear career growth path as the company expands Medical, Dental & Vision, 401k, Disability, Parental Leave, and life insurance benefits Ready to Grow?
