Principal Scientist (Director), Translational Medicine - Infectious Diseases

Responsibilities
- Partner with discovery teams to identify and validate novel infectious disease targets using clinical data
- Lead early clinical development strategy from preclinical stage through Phase 2 proof-of-concept studies
- Design and execute clinical pharmacology studies across all development phases including drug-drug interactions
- Develop biomarker validation strategies through experimental medicine and cross-functional collaboration
- Provide regulatory and scientific support for clinical trial design and filing preparation
Requirements
- MD or MD/PhD degree
- Strong background in clinical translational research
- Expertise in infectious disease and anti-infective development
- Experience leading early-phase clinical development programs
- Knowledge of clinical pharmacology and biomarker strategy
