Job Description Position Overview
We are seeking a confident, organized, and personable Dental Treatment Coordinator / Financial Coordinator to join our team full-time. This role is essential in helping patients understand their treatment plans, navigate insurance benefits, and feel comfortable with their financial options.
Responsibilities
Present and explain treatment plans clearly and professionally
Verify insurance benefits and prepare financial estimates
Discuss payment options and coordinate third-party financing
Follow up on unscheduled treatment
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Support front office operations as needed
Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone

RequirementsDental experience is required
Preferences Previous treatment coordinating or financial coordinating experience preferred
Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, positive, and detail-oriented
Experience with Curve Dental software is a plus
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
