Your Role in Our Mission

• Design Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' specific needs and craft individualized therapeutic strategies that propel them towards their goals of independence.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage proven interventions to boost patients' capabilities in motor skills, cognitive function, and daily life activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide well-rounded, integrated patient care.
• Educate Patients and Family: Coach patients and their caregivers on therapy methodologies to ensure continuous progress beyond the clinic.
• Observe and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes meticulously and modify treatment strategies as necessary to keep patients engaged and moving forward.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Continuing education or certifications after graduation are encouraged and supported.

Licensure

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• Required certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy).
