Personalized Treatment Development: Assess patients' needs and design individualized therapy plans to assist them in meeting their functional objectives.

Deliver Therapeutic Interventions: Employ evidence-based methodologies to support improvements in patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities.

Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work seamlessly with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide cohesive, comprehensive care.

Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their caregivers on therapy techniques that promote continued progress beyond clinical settings.

Monitor Patient Progress: Keep track of clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies, ensuring each patient's journey is on track.

Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and fully supported.

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

NBCOT certification is mandatory.
