Senior Real Estate Brokerage Coordinator *** This is an onsite role based at our Jacksonville, FL office *** About you We're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Real Estate Brokerage Coordinator (internally called Senior Client Services Coordinator) who thrives on providing top-notch support to brokers and clients alike! As a Senior Real Estate Brokerage Coordinator, you're at the forefront of the action, delivering exceptional support a top producing team of brokers. From project management to marketing wizardry, you're the go-to guru for all things real estate. You have a passion for proposal creation and presentation. You're ready to tackle any client-facing challenge, or transaction administration task that comes your way. In this role, you will Provide dedicated support to a high-performing team, managing a high volume of projects and requests with efficiency, while approaching all tasks with a relentless sense of urgency and accountability. Balance multiple activities and projects at a time for multiple members of the team, and track action items. Participate in management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes. Enter deal sheets, submit completed trade record, and support paperwork. Execute marketing campaigns, including scheduling campaigns, maintaining mailing lists, and running campaign reports. Create marketing flyers and update as needed to show changes in project. Update Brokers' recent transactions on applicable websites. Monitor competitor research and data collection, and liaise with appropriate departments to obtain data, such as company and title searches, and property particulars (e.g. financial, marketing, research). Coordinate market reports and conduct basic comparative analyses. Develop pitches and presentations for a varied range of clients and brokers. What you'll bring 3+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree preferably in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or similar field. Experience with Adobe InDesign. Ability to work under pressure, deal with multiple deadlines, effectively handle stressful situations, and work with minimal direction/supervision. Excellent communication (follow-through and follow-up) skills, and ability to meet commitments and deadlines.
