Program Monitor

What You'll Do: Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional follow-up. Support HopeLine development from planning and infrastructure building through pilot implementation and evaluation. Monitor grant-funded programs for progress toward goals, deliverables, and performance measures. Coordinate quarterly and other required grant reporting. Support grant writing, including drafting and editing narratives and application materials. Develop workflows, SOPs, trackers, reporting tools, and other implementation resources. Work across Program, Finance, Data, Compliance, Strategy, Technology, and leadership teams. Use program data and performance measures to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
