Part-Time Weekend Receptionist

The Gatesworth, an award-winning premier resort-style independent senior living community in St. Louis, is seeking an experience, dedicated Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! You'll be the welcoming face for our residents and guests the first point of contact who sets the tone for their experience each day. This role carries meaningful administrative responsibility, including billing duties, so we're looking for a candidate with proven receptionist or administrative experience who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and resident requests.
• Coordinate transportation and reservations.
• Process and manage billing for resident transportation services.
• Process and manage billing for the community dog walking program.
• Serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, delivering exemplary service.
• Additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of direct receptionist or administrative experience required .
• Experience handling a high volume of calls.
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills; comfort with billing/invoicing processes.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• A professional, courteous, and team-oriented approach.
