Accounting Clerk

Position: Accounting Clerk Location: Huntington Beach, CA Pay: $24 to $27/hour Experience: Previous experience supporting fast‑paced, project‑driven environments such as event production, marketing agencies, creative services, or project‑management companies. Type: Full‑time; Contract Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm (Ability to work OT as needed) HB Staffing is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Manage high‑volume invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, and/or accounts payable activities Follow up on aging accounts and assist with light collections as needed Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding billing, payments, and project updates Support project‑based operations in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines Utilize NetSuite, Excel, Word, and project‑management software to maintain accurate records and workflows Assist with administrative, operational, and front‑office support tasks as needed Follow established systems, processes, and billing procedures while adapting to changing project needs Position Requirements NetSuite experience required Experience with Asana or other project‑management software preferred Strong Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency required Strong Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable experience required Experience in event production, marketing agencies, creative services, construction, or other project‑based environments preferred Strong communication and organizational skills with a professional demeanor Highly detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly in fast‑moving environments Ability to handle urgency, pressure, and changing priorities effectively Coachable mindset with willingness to follow established workflows and procedures Job Perks Health benefits after 30 days Weekly paychecks Career coaching opportunities HB Staffing is part of Array Corporation , the leading technology‑enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.
