Responsibilities Drive the repair business operations for your territory while collaborating with customers and peers. Promote a positive culture and achieve safety and quality goals to ensure customer satisfaction and profitable business results. Effectively manage a schedule and track the overall performance of your team. Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals. Qualifications 2+ years of relevant maintenance expertise. Supervisory experience, ideally leading a union represented workforce. Appetite for learning and leveraging new technologies. Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
