Manufacturing Technician

Job Description

Location: Carlsbad, CA
Pay: $28 per hour
Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Openings: 2

Job Responsibilities

Clean and decontaminate chemical vessels.
Perform acid washing and nitrogen purging.
Fill and package specialty chemicals.
Assemble vessels using hand tools and technical drawings.
Inspect equipment and verify documentation.
Handle hazardous waste according to safety procedures.
Assist with receiving, unloading trucks, and troubleshooting equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Complete data entry and production records.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable using hand tools, including torque wrenches.
Must be clean-shaven to wear a full-face respirator.
Ability to work safely with chemicals such as acids, acetone, and IPA.
Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Manufacturing or chemical-handling experience.
SAP experience.
Forklift experience or certification (training provided on-site).
Experience with Microsoft Office and inventory systems
