GTM Project ManagerThe Sage Group is seeking a GTM Project Manager to be an execution expert responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of global and regional enterprise demand generation and lead generation events (e.g., executive roundtables, customer summits, industry trade shows, webinars, partner events, and bespoke prospect activations). This role is crucial for ensuring events are delivered smoothly and efficiently by establishing repeatable planning workflows, driving cross-functional alignment (across Marketing, Sales, Strategy & Ops, Product, and external vendors), and providing clear, timely status reporting. This is a hands-on, operational role focused on process rigor, cross-functional orchestration, and high-impact delivery to drive pipeline and lead generation. This is a senior-level executional role.Key Responsibilities & DeliverablesEvent Process & Checklist Execution (The Core Deliverable)Event Playbook & Checklist Ownership: Own and maintain the Master Event Checklist and Execution Playbook as the single source of truth for all event milestones, deliverables, and workstreams across cross-functional teams.Milestone & Timeline Tracking: Directly manage and track all tasks against defined deadlines and dependencies across each stage of the event lifecycle (pre-event planning, promotion & registration, on-site/virtual execution, and post-event lead routing).System of Record Maintenance: Ensure event project management trackers and status dashboards are consistently up to date with current progress, deliverable ownership, and risk flags.Compliance & Sign-offs: Verify that all relevant teams (Marketing, Legal, Brand, Security, and Partner Operations) have completed mandatory reviews, approvals, and sign-offs prior to event execution.Cross-Functional Coordination & ReportingEvent Cadence Management: Schedule, organize, and facilitate recurring cross-functional event sync meetings and working groups, driving structured agendas and documenting key decisions and action items.Status Reporting: Generate and distribute standardized weekly event status reports to GTM leadership and core stakeholders, clearly highlighting progress, registration pacing, upcoming milestones, and escalated blockers.Action Item Follow-up: Proactively follow up with cross-functional task owners (Campaign Marketing, Sales Development, Field Sales, Creative, and Technical Speakers) to ensure adherence to checklist commitments and deadlines.Information Dissemination: Serve as the central conduit for operational event information, ensuring all stakeholders have access to current run-of-shows, briefing docs, staffing schedules, and promotional collateral.Event Operations, Logistics & Lead Gen SupportLogistics & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate operational logistics in partnership with external vendors, venues, production agencies, and AV/virtual event platform providers.Demand Gen & Lead Enablement: Partner with Marketing and Sales Ops to track registration pacing and ensure smooth capture, tagging, and rapid post-event routing of event leads/MQLs to sales teams.Asset & Collateral Collection: Coordinate and organize all event assets, including presentation decks, promotional copy, sales enablement follow-up templates, and public documentation links in centralized repositories.Retrospectives & Post-Event Reporting: Manage the logistics for post-event debriefs and retrospectives, collecting feedback, synthesizing lead gen outcomes with GTM leads, and documenting lessons learned to continuously refine event processes.Documentation Support: Assist in maintaining and updating event templates, run-of-show formats, and process documentation for future GTM demand gen campaigns.Qualifications & Competencies RequiredExperience: 5-10 years of experience in project management, event operations, or program coordination, with a proven track record of managing enterprise B2B events, trade shows, field marketing activations, or demand generation campaigns in a high-tech environment.Execution Focus: Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to rigorously develop, manage, and enforce structured project plans, checklists, and timelines.Communication & Facilitation: Clear, concise, and professional communication skills suitable for managing cross-functional working groups, aligning diverse stakeholders, and driving accountability.Tool Proficiency: Proficiency with Google Workspace tools and familiarity with event management and marketing workflows.Work Style: Highly organized, proactive self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, manages ambiguity effectively, and focuses on getting things done.Experience managing both in-person enterprise field events and virtual webinars/summits within a large enterprise technology or cloud organization.Familiarity with B2B demand generation funnels, lead routing workflows, and sales pipeline acceleration strategies.Experience working with a large, matrix TECH company.This is a long term (12 months +) contract $70.00/hour – $75.00/hour, W-2 Medical, Dental, Vision benefits, matching 401(k) and PTO offered
