Sr ECommerce Manager

This is how you WOW: Strategic Leadership : Define and execute the strategic vision and business plan for Kärcher's presence on Amazon and other key marketplaces. Drive Revenue : Establish and deliver ambitious sales goals, utilizing data-driven strategies to increase Month-over-Month revenue. Optimize Visibility : Partner with content teams to implement SEO-optimized product descriptions and leverage keyword research to maximize organic search rankings. Manage Performance : Oversee departmental budgets and monitor ROAS as the primary metric for marketing efficiency and profitable growth. Operational Excellence : Maintain healthy account status by tracking inventory, reviews, and compliance while executing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies. It would be WOW if you would bring this in: Experience : 5+ years of directly relevant experience successfully managing Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central) and other e-commerce platforms. Education : A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field. Analytical Skills : Exceptional data analysis skills with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. Technical Savvy : Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and experience with AMVisor or Profitero programs. Leadership : A track record of leading projects with minimal supervision and experience mentoring direct reports.
