We are seeking a detail-oriented, outgoing, and highly organized Office Assistant to support our Medical Education department. In this essential role you'll help provide key administrative support. What's Available:

• 40 hours/weekly, Full-time
• Schedule: MondayFriday, daytime hours, between 7am-5pm
• Department: Medical Education
• Location: On-site, La Crosse Main Campus

What you will do:

• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth daily functioning of Medical Education department.
• Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, catering, and event logistics for learners, faculty, and staff.
• Manage department supplies, mail distribution, and badging processes.

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• No experience required but clerical or office experience is a plus
• Strong technology, customer service, and scheduling skills preferred
