G & F Precision Molding is seeking motivated individuals to work in a clean, quality-focused production environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality products. Responsibilities Operate production machines and equipment in a manufacturing and clean room environment. Follow verbal and written work instructions to ensure product quality and accuracy. Perform simple assembly and secondary operations using hand tools. Inspect, count, and package finished products. Seal, label, and stack completed shipments. Accurately record production and scrap data in the ERP system. Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Desired Background/Skills High School Diploma or GED required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic math skills and problem-solving ability. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Experience using hand tools. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and focus. Previous clean room or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Other Information Pay rate: $16.75- $18.43/hr.
