Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking compassionate Speech‑Language Pathologists to provide in‑home, patient‑centered care. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with healthcare teams, and educate patients and families. Monitor progress and support patients in improving communication, safety, and daily functioning. Complete evaluations, progress notes, and necessary documentation, including OASIS assessments. Participate in clinical meetings and assist physicians with patient assessments. Qualifications: Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech‑Language Pathology, NM licensure, clinical practicum, and preferred 2+ years of experience. Compensation & Benefits: $90,000–$125,000/year, with benefits including 401(k), insurance options, flexible schedule, license reimbursement, paid time off, and more. Schedule & Work Environment: Day shift, Monday–Friday, primarily on the road.
