Machine Operator- Pay up to $23/hr- IN.

Location: Greenfield, IN 

Pay: $22/hr- $23/hr

Shift: 2nd- 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

3rd- 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM (Sunday-Thursday)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate up to four industrial machines at a time
• Set up and adjust machinery using hand and power tools
• Monitor machine performance and production cycles
• Use measuring tools and quality instruments to inspect parts
• Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments
• Complete production and material documentation
• Move and handle materials throughout the department
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of machine operating experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours per shift
• Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment
• Stable work history with at least one year per employer
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• CNC machine operation experience
• Blueprint reading experience
• Mechanical assembly experience
• Press or laser operation experience
• Experience using calipers and measuring tools
• Manufacturing troubleshooting experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN 46140.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
