Production Helper- Pay up to $22/hr- IN.

Location: Greenfield, IN

Pay: $22/hr

Shift: 1st- 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist operators with loading, unloading, stacking, and staging materials
• Perform visual inspections of in-process materials and products
• Wrap and unwrap products for processing and shipment
• Read and follow production work orders
• Apply tags and labels to finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and production procedures

Required Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting and physical labor
• Experience with material handling
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• General labor experience
• Forklift experience
• Packaging experience
• Construction or industrial experience
• Experience using hand tools
• Inspection or quality control experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenfield, IN 46140.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
