Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling marketing content that communicates the value of microcredentials to students, academic institutions, and enterprise customers-including case studies, blog posts, webinars, and customer testimonials
- Support customer pilot programs by coordinating outreach to academic partners and enterprise clients, gathering feedback, and documenting success stories that demonstrate program impact
- Analyze engagement and program data to measure pilot success, track adoption metrics, and provide actionable insights that inform go-to-market strategy and product improvements
- Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to visualize key performance indicators, engagement trends, and pilot program outcomes for stakeholder reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and customer success strategies
- Research competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and inform pricing and positioning strategies for microcredential offerings
- Support event execution and promotion including webinars, conferences, and design challenges that showcase microcredentials and engage target audiences
