Working Title: OPSD-Duke PRIME PUMP Student Assistant (Internship duration: June 1 – July 26, 2026) Responsibilities Participate in a laboratory research project under the mentorship of Duke Faculty and lab team Attend structured professional development and networking sessions in research methodology and career development Participate in clinical activities related to the faculty mentor’s area of research Collaborate with faculty, staff, and medical students Deliver a presentation about the research experience Requirements and Additional Details Available to start on campus June 1 Commit to full-time (40 hours/week) research for eight weeks Provide names/contact information of two references Submit Curriculum Vitae and undergraduate transcript Clinical shadowing vaccine requirements: TB, MMR, Tdap, Varicella, Flu Skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team Strong organizational and analytical skills Demonstrated excellence in previous academic endeavors Anticipated Pay Range Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $0.00 to USD $0.00.
