About the Role The Client Service Associate plays an integral role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting our wealth advisors. This position requires a commitment to stellar client service, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a small company environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional client experiences at every interaction Address client needs with thoughtful, service-focused solutions Managing the firm’s CRM to strengthen client relationships and maintain accurate, up-to-date records Track and resolve service requests promptly and accurately Proactively manage documents, information, and follow-ups between advisors and clients Collaborate with colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to team success Assist other departments, as needed, with opportunities to gain exposure to compliance, billing, and marketing Qualifications & Cultural Fit Highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to balance multiple advisors’ needs and priorities under tight deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone Ability to anticipate and fulfill client needs with accuracy and care Self-starter with problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset Thrives in a collaborative environment, valuing respect, open communication, and shared success Positive, professional demeanor with polished client service and phone etiquette Eagerness to learn and contribute across departments Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms, tools, and software Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement Education, Experience, Licenses & Designations We seek the following in our Client Services Associates: Minimum of two years of financial services experience preferred Other professional client service experience will be considered Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary/hourly range of $65,000 to $75,000, while considering the candidate's experience Potential to earn bonuses Medical insurance Dental PPO and HMO insurance Life/AD&D insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Vacation and Sick Time Voluntary FSA - Flexible Spending Account (Medical and Dependent Care) Other voluntary benefits are available Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Industries Investment Management #J-18808-Ljbffr Towneley Capital Management, Inc.
