Accounting Clerk Client in the area is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general accounting during an operational transition. Salary is $38-$41k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING CLERK
- The Accounting Clerk will enter approximately 20 to 30 accounts payable invoices daily
- The Accounting Clerk will manage accounts receivable check billing and respond promptly to customer requests
- Post check, credit card, and ACH payments and apply remittance details
- Complete light reconciliations and provide occasional general ledger support
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTING CLERK
- Accounts payable or accounts receivable experience is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of Excel with the ability to learn formulas
- Hands-on, adaptable approach and willingness to learn company-specific processes
