Commission/Bonus opportunities based on location performance./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliAbility to read, interpret, and communicate oral and written instructions./liliAbility to plan and organize work./liliAbility to communicate in English bilingual a plus./liliBasic math map reading skills./liliAbility to work overtime and be on call when required./liliUphold the Paul Davis Restoration standards, mission statement, and goals./liliProfessional appearance and demeanor./liliMust have valid drivers license./liliAble to pass pre-employment screenings./li/ulpEducation: High School Diploma or its Equivalent/ppExperience: Entry level with construction experience preferred/ppPhysical demands include lifting (constantly) 5-40 lbs., lift (frequently) 20-100 lbs. May involve significant stand/walk/push/pull. Occasional climbing (ladders, etc.), balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling. Ability to work in confined spaces. Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat. Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent times.
