Outside Sales Executive

$80,000 base + uncapped commission + annual bonus potential

*This position is onsite in Blue Ash, OH, with a Florida sales territory requiring approximately 50% travel.

The Role

Advertising Vehicles turns company vans, trucks and trailers into rolling billboards for businesses nationwide. We're looking for an experienced outside sales rep to find and win new national and multi-location accounts.

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business-to-business opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Present fleet branding and vehicle graphics solutions tailored to customer needs and goals.
• Guide clients from initial discovery through proposal, negotiation, contract execution, and order booking.
• Partner with operations and account managers for a smooth handoff and strong client experience post-sale.
• Grow and retain won accounts, identifying expansion and renewal opportunities over time.
• Track pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
• Stay current on trends in fleet branding, transportation, and national account buying behavior to keep Advertising Vehicles competitive.
• Travel of up to 50% is required for client meetings, trade shows, relationship development, and market expansion opportunities.

Requirements

What You Bring

• 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a track record of hitting quota
• Experience finding your own new business: cold calling, prospecting and building a territory
• Comfort working in a CRM (HubSpot is a plus)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling advertising, signage, print, branding or fleet-related services
• Experience selling to national or multi-location accounts
