• Board: BE/BC in Emergency Medicine (ABEM required)
• Licenses: Active unrestricted LA Medical License, DEA License w/ LA address, LA Controlled Substance & Supervising Physician License (PA supervision)
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA and LA Controlled Substance License required
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS, BLS (if board eligible; ABEM-certified may be exempt from merit badges)
• Experience: New EM Grad accepted; residency trained in Emergency Medicine (ABEM) or board eligible
• Other Qualifications: Documentation of case logs for past 2 years; proof of CMEs for last two years

• Provide emergency medical care in a 20-bed ED with 41K annual volume
• Serve as supervising physician for NPs and PAs
• Collaborate with specialty backup including NICU and PICU
• Maintain compliance with all credentialing and privileging requirements
• Participate in coverage model: 30 physician hours weekdays, 33 hours weekends with NP/PA support
