Acute Care Registered Nurse - Days

Role Overview Provides high-quality acute care nursing to patients with complex medical conditions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective treatment. Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within nursing standards. Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-discharge needs. Ensure patient safety, quality, and compliance, participating in professional development. Develop and document individualized care plans, coordinating communication across care teams. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors. Maintain safety sensitivity and work alertness as essential job functions. Qualifications Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing (RN license required). Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and less than 2 years of experience. No supervisory experience required. Skills & Qualities Critical thinking, patient advocacy, teamwork, communication, and adherence to safety protocols. Position Highlights $15,000 sign-on bonus eligible.
