We are looking for a Maintenance Electrical Technician who is dedicated to both internal and external customers alike, collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance personnel to identify and resolve equipment reliability issues. The successful candidate will possess a working knowledge of electrical principles and practical experience as it relates to industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance functions. The Maintenance Electrical Technician is responsible for performing all functions necessary for plant maintenance in support of the overall site operations. The Maintenance Electrical Technician performs a variety of tasks including preventive, scheduled, and emergency mechanical maintenance and is a multi-craft mechanic.

Essential Job Functions:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and modify industrial electrical systems, equipment, and machinery in a manufacturing or processing environment.
• Performs routine facility and equipment maintenance on production equipment, motors, drives, pumps, control panels, and related systems and records critical information appropriately.
• Knowledge of forklifts, aerial lifts, hoists, and other maintenance-related equipment and welding/fabrication skills a plus.
• Identifies, diagnoses, and communicates issues that arise with equipment.
• Complies with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and arrangements

• Performs routine facility and equipment maintenance and records critical information appropriately

• Performs daily activities independently (or with a team) with minimal supervision while maintaining communication with management

• An organized, neat, self-starter
