Restaurant General Manager

Job Responsibilities Guest‑centric Focus : Demonstrate passion for guest experiences, personalize service, exceed expectations, and engage guests to foster atmosphere, drive sales, and ensure satisfaction. Results‑Oriented : Drive incremental sales, coach for upselling, analyze financials, and use KPIs and EBITDA to improve operations. Restaurant‑Centric Focus : Set standards of integrity, professionalism, and innovation; lead teamwork and maintain culinary and hospitality standards. Leadership and Management Skills : Inspire and motivate the team, provide training, coaching, performance reviews, encourage new ideas, and take ownership of operations. Job Requirements Progressive restaurant/hospitality management experience; external hires must have prior General Manager experience. Valid driver’s license for occasional duties. Strong guest‑centric mindset. Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets. Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching across levels. Understanding of inventory, cost of goods, and financial control (P&L). Proficiency with POS, corporate software, third‑party delivery platforms, inventory, and reservation systems. Preferences Experience in casual or upscale dining. Hospitality or Business degree. Culinary and kitchen acumen; experience managing or running culinary operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
