Location: Brookfield, WI  

Salary: $62,000- $66,000

The Business Services Specialist is to manage customer accounts, work closely with Outside Sales, and respond to customer inquiries. This is a great opportunity for someone who considers communication one of their strongest skills and enjoys building relationships with customers and internal teams.

What You'll do:  

• Manage assigned customer accounts, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.  
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.  
• Partner with Outside Sales Representatives to support customer needs, opportunities, and account activity.  
• Prepare and coordinate customer quotes based on product, pricing, availability, and project requirements.  
• Assist customers with product selection and provide direction based on their specific needs and applications.  
• Process customer orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.  
• Monitor account activity, follow up on open opportunities, and identify areas for additional business.  
• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing information, and account details within internal systems. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred. 
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, engineering, technical support, or a related field. 
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with the ability to understand and learn product specifications quickly. 
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a strong customer-focused mindset.
